Objective critique

I overall think that this piece is just thrown together. The colors are very splotchy all around, and looks like they were just slapped on there. The lines are very inconsistent Some lines are thicker, while some are on the thinner side. Some of the lines even look smeared. The color choice seems very random and not thought out. I don't like how the entire thing lacks any detail, and pretty much just looks flat. She doesn't even have a chin! The thing that bugs me the most, is that both are her eyebrows are arching in the same direction.
